Leaking taps can be caused by a number of issues. The most common problems are:

- Broken or worn tap washers, O-rings or fibre washers
- Failure and corrosion on the brass seat where the washer sits
- Incorrectly sealed tapware
We often don’t bother with what we think is a simple leaking tap but the consequences can be dyer.
