Franklin Plumbing Coronavirus Update During this period of great uncertainty all of us here at Franklin Plumbing want all of our valued customers to know that Franklin Plumbing is open and although it’s not business as usual, we are trading as usual. We take COVAD-19 extremely seriously and are operating under the government guidelines. Franklin Plumbing is focused on strong hygiene practices to ensure the health and safety of our family and yours. To achieve this we have introduced new hygiene protocols, including: If our plumbers are working indoors we will inquire as to your health to ensure that it is safe to come into your home. They will take extreme care inside customer’s’ houses, washing hands frequently, declining to shake hands and ensuring they don’t come into contact with surfaces unnecessarily. Outside, our plumbers will still avoid personal contact and stand at least a metre and a half away from a customer. They will also avoid personal contact in non-work situations, and employ regular good personal hygiene. Our Administration staff are being set up to work from home to continue to take your phone calls and schedule all work, ensuring no reduction in the high level of service we adhere to. As this is ever evolving, we continue to enforce and adhere to any updates from the State &Federal Governments, the health of our families, customers & community is paramount to Franklin Plumbing. Please feel free to reach out for any work required. Let’s all stay safe
